Draft pending legal review. This notice documents what the website actually collects and where it actually goes, structured to the elements Mexico's LFPDPPP requires. Have counsel review it before launch — it is not legal advice.

1. Who is responsible for your data

EE Print Pack, with its principal offices at Gabino Barreda 958, Col. San Carlos, 44460, Guadalajara, Jalisco, México, is the party responsible (responsable) for the personal data collected through this website. Questions about this notice: sales@eeprintpack.com.

2. What we collect

Only what you type or attach yourself. We collect no data passively.

Quote requests: your name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), a description of the packaging you need, your estimated monthly volume, your location, and any photos or PDF files you choose to attach.
Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional) and message.

Please don't upload files containing personal data you don't intend to share — attachments are meant for product photos and specification sheets.

3. No cookies, analytics or tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and stores nothing in your browser. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making.

4. Why we use it

Primary purposes, all necessary to the commercial relationship you're initiating: to answer your enquiry, prepare and send a quote, identify the product that fits your requirement, and route you to the sales representative for your product line and region.

Secondary purposes, which you may refuse at any time without affecting your quote: sending occasional information about our product lines. Refuse by writing to sales@eeprintpack.com.

5. Who else sees it (transfers)

We do not sell personal data. It reaches these third parties only as needed to operate the site:

Netlify (United States) — hosts this site and receives and stores form submissions, including your attachments, so they can be delivered to our sales team. This is a transfer of your data outside Mexico.
Komoot / Photon geocoder (Germany) — when you type in the location field of the quote form, the characters you type are sent to an OpenStreetMap-based lookup service to suggest matching cities. Nothing else from the form is sent, and you can ignore the suggestions and type the location freely.
WhatsApp / Meta — only if you choose to use a WhatsApp button. That opens a conversation in WhatsApp, and Meta's own privacy terms then apply to it. We never send your data to WhatsApp without you pressing that button.

6. How long we keep it

Quote and contact submissions are kept for as long as needed to serve the enquiry and any resulting commercial relationship, plus the period required by applicable commercial and tax record-keeping rules. After that they are deleted.

7. Your ARCO rights

You may at any time request access to your personal data, rectification if it is inaccurate, cancellation (deletion), or object to a particular use — the ARCO rights. You may also revoke your consent or ask us to limit the use or disclosure of your data.

Send the request to sales@eeprintpack.com with enough information to identify you and say which right you are exercising. We will respond within the period set by law.

8. Changes to this notice

Any change will be published on this page with an updated date above. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will say so here.
